Build a QA practice your team can run without us - that's the goal.

Most studios hiring their first QA person don't know what good QA looks like from the inside. Most studios with existing QA have inherited processes nobody designed deliberately - they grew organically, and now they're in the way. Both situations are fixable.

We come in, assess your current setup, design processes that fit your team and workflow, and help you implement them. Then we hand over everything and leave. The engagement has an expiry date by design: the goal is a studio that runs its own QA, not one that depends on us indefinitely.

Three tiers. Audit (€7k): we review what you have and tell you what to fix. Setup (€15k): we build the process and train the people. Full (€24k): we do both, plus embed as QA lead while you hire.
